Arkansas 3 is a new game and it’s causing a lot of confusion for may wanna be players. The reason? It’s a new game and it’s using RNG – normally a game shows patters within a week or so and so we are able to predict numerous events. There’s no such thing as a TRUE random number generator, (see WikiPedia and also watch “Numbers” on CBS (January 8th. 2010 episode, catch it on CBS.com or maybe Hulu.com or YouTube.com) It’s worth seeing and all about lottery games! You’ll hear a lot of facts about playing the lottery, it was an enjoyable episode.
So, here we have Arkansas, they have perhaps four RNG machines (computers) and they seem to be switching them out constantly (all the time!) and we have to remember that this is always the intent of lottery officials, they want their game to be completely unpredictable and they want it to be a random game of chance or luck. This is in their favor, not ours. All I can tell you, is let the novelty wear off, they will slow down and they will at some point do what all other RNG States have done, they will get sick and tired of all the switching and games. Like I said, TRUE RNG do not exist! If they use only one RNG machine (computer) we will be able to see ‘how it works’ and then be able to predict what it is likely to predict, before it actually predicts it. I hope that makes sense?
So if they leave one online we observe and watch for patterns to develop. But by switching it with a different RNG we see the pattern stop and a new one begins. If they constantly change one with another, they hope that no pattern forms or is at least, not easily visible to the average player. I heard from someone that they have four RNG machines. If they have five or more, it makes it harder. After all, they want to make money and it is their job to make it harder to win. They want money but so do we. We have the right to lawfully make educated and informed wagers based upon probability. Assuming they only had one RNG our life would be so easy… a pattern would form very quickly and we could predict with a high degree of probability what would fall as a result. The same with Ball Sets and Ball Machines. I think Florida as 11 ball sets and if I recall correctly about five different machines. If one ball set stayed in one ball machine it would be easier to win than ever before (and it’s easy now!) Whu is it easy now? I think they try to be random and switch everything around, that ball set in this new machine etc., etc., but I think people are lazy and they don’t do it as much as they could. Notice I didn’t say “should”.
In 2008 I was anxious to meet a math professor. He was the top of his game and he was from Russia but extremely well connected to the English language. His name was Vladimir. I had so many questions for him and the first question I asked was this “Do you believe there is such a thing as a true random number?” His answer was “Yes.” I was surprised. I gave him numerous examples of things I know and he told me the reason you see what you see is because you want to see it. People will always see what they want to see. It kinda made sense, yet it didn’t. I told him I could predict with a fair degree of accuracy what numbers would fall in a 3 ball lotto game by analysis. There will always be patters, but you asked about a true random number. True random numbers are real and they do exist. As much as I enjoyed my time with Vladimir, and I truly did, I have to disagree. I believe that true random numbers may exists, but like in the TV episode of “Numbers” (see above) I do not believe we have the ability to create them, at least not yet. Why is that? Because random numbers are meant to be random. Vladimir told me that if you perform sufficient tests using thousands of draws you will see that the results are random in which numbers fall.
In order to ‘make’ a Random Number Generator you need some form of computer. The computer does nothing on it’s own other than turn on and then it sits and it waits for something to do. If we want the computer to perform a task we need to write the software (code) to tell it exactly what it should do. So now we are asking a human to write code and tell the computer how to do the job – do you see the flaw? The computer programmer write code telling a machine what it should do. Remember too that the microprocessor in an Intel Chip and an AMD chip and in an Apple Mac are different. They were all programmed or ‘trained’ to perform specific tasks to make ourl lives easier. Yet, they were both told how to do this by a human who wrote the code telling them how they SHOULD behave and how they SHOULD react, given a special pre-programmed instruction, known as ‘commands’ or instruction sets. Do you see what I am trying to tell you, a RNG uses a ‘computer chip’ to perform random number analysis, the computer chip was created and programmed by a computer programmer, then along comes another human who needs to decide exactly how to program that specific computer chip to perform a specific task. There are two humans here telling a machine (the RNG) what to do. Does the code exist to make a random number, personally I have used and created several computer programs and more often that not, we all use ‘pre-defined instruction command sets’ they are not complicated and take only a line or two. I can go on for hours about computers and coding but I think you see the point.
I would like you to see “Numbers” as there is a lot of useful information about lotteries in that episode.
Do I think we will see the day of true random number generators? I hope not, at least not as long as we want to win money!
Have you ever wondered WHY they use RNG instead of balls. we are seeing State after State drop real ball sets and use RNG why is that? Because it becomes harder to win, they keep more money and we get less and less. Ask them for an explanation and they tell you BS such as ‘it saves money’ it’s cheaper to use RNG as opposed to using ball sets and ball machines which can and do break down as they are ‘mechanical’ in nature (dude, so is a computer!). How much money do you “save” by switching from real ball results to RNG the truth is around $100,000 a year in savings! Hey, I am all for savings and minimizing your expenses and we all need to cut costs BUT a savings of $100,000 per year doesn’t seem like much cost cutting to me, especially when you are raking in ONE BILLION A YEAR from the game! The reality of course is that they have been shown through statistics that if they switch to RNG they immediately save $100,000 a year in costs (there’s the bait for the State lottery) and then they are shown more statistics that prove they will ge tto keep more money than ever before and pay out less. Otherwise they wouldn’t switch would they.
Arkansas came online with RNG and it is proving to be a real pain for players waiting for the game to settle down and I share their frustration too! It is a pain and other than the last few days, not much of a pattern has been seen to date. It seems like they are playing with switching RNG once or twice a day and mixing the game up as much as they can. Indeed, it is very frustrating.
Patterns exists throughout life, everything cycles and there is rhyme or reason to everything and yes, even a purpose to it all. If patterns did not exist we would fail. Have you ever wondered why “Card Counting” is disliked by the Casinos? because it works. Sure, you need to be very clever to pull it off, but a game such as Blackjack can be won time and time again for HUGE money, IF you can ‘count’ cards. Remember the boys from MIT who won tons of money in Vegas? You should also see the movies such as “21″ for an overview, but there are many such people who CAN count cards. I am not one of them. I can’t even remember what day it is! I congratulate those who can do it though. They have this ability to ‘know’ from a 52 card deck which cards have been dealt, which cards remain in the deck and the degree of probability which card will be dealt to them next… amazing, but it does work! Open a new deck of cards, shuffle them as much as you want and they can still pull it off. There is a pattern and that is why it works.
Keep one set of balls in one machine and everyone will see the pattern that is why they switch the ball sets and switch the ball machines, they do NOT want you to see any discernable pattern, rhyme or reason as to why a result was drawn… why? because it does exist! All we need do is see the pattern and adjust out plays accordingly. That is how my amazing cash 3 system works, it works only when a certain pattern comes into play, there are two patterns we look for SNR and VSR as these are the most reliable patters that happen most frequently, if we see “A” we do “B” if we see “C” we do “D” if we see both “A” and “C” together we hammer the daylights out of the game and more frequently than not, we win big!

Today there was a post on the ‘about me’ page which I have responded to, it raised a question of faith I guess, faith in me, faith in my system and I can see the persons point of view. There are lots of win cash 3 systems out there, but they are either too much work, with long pen and paper workouts, or they need a computer to make them work. Others are just plain silly! Lets start with this… looking over the last 10 days of real history here I can tell you that my Win Daily 3 lottery system would have told you to the following…
